I did find some gadgets that did what mine would do essentially, but theirs hade to be replaced every week or so. The point to mine is no replacing, only add a solution you can do from home and that is it. Plus I noticed some of these gadgets had no patent.

Last I went to the US Patent website, and then did my search which is free. I typed in the keywords that made sense and found a device that was no where near the same as mine.

The key in your search is to spend quite a bit of time making sure your ideas are new. Check out businesses and websites that seem to have something close to what you have invented. Make sure your idea, well- is just that, your idea.
